Worldly Wanderings is a hiking industry that defines their brand “to experience the best hiking in New Zealand” and also “to have a community with the tourists”. The mood board is consisted of those factors which are community and best hiking experience. The three mood boards mainly consist of photos of a group enjoying hiking to represent friendship and community. The brand also prefers neutral colours so every dark colour platelets are included to each mood boards and to match with the colour of the pictures. Each mood board has motivational quotes relating to hiking and friendship. These quotes are related to the image of each mood board. The fonts used are cursive as preferred by the client. White colours have been used for the fonts on every mood board for it to look clean and easy to read. The client wants to have a clean look on the board.

 

The brief also mentioned that Worldly Wanderings have three taglines.

They are:

  • Let Your Kiwi Hiking Adventure Begin

  • Authentic Kiwi Hiking Adventures

  • Kiwi Hiking Adventures You Won’t Forget

 

The banner ads will be consistent using these three taglines for every banner. The banners used to advertise Worldly Wanderings consist of image of hiking people to let the audience know that the brand is advertising hiking. The website address is included on every banner ads for audience to be aware with the brand’s website and to increase web visitors. The call to action “Book Now” is included for each banner for those users who are interested in hiking. Messages are short, professional and readable instead of using flowery words for each ad because it will be annoying to read.

       

Email Marketing

 

The email campaign for Worldly Wanders is made to be readable, concise and simple. The chosen colours for the campaign are black and white to complement with the brand’s colour image. The email starts with the statement “Your Adventure Starts Here – Are You Ready”? The email wants the reader to get excited over something coming that may be of interest to them, which is hiking.  On the top part of the email is the brand’s official logo which defines the brand’s email. Users who open the email will recognise that it is from Worldly Wonders. The body of the email consists of two high quality images showing of what to expect on hiking with Worldly Wanders. These images are of tourists who have experienced hiking and readers can visualise what to expect on hiking. The font used on the header is “Futura Condensed” which is the brand’s official font. Using different font will not complement the flow of the email since it does not match with the brand’s font. A call to action “Book Now” is placed under for readers, who might be interested with the offer, to book. It is important to see the book icon easily and so it is highlighted with a big font. The font used is “SignPainter” because it is also the alternative font of the brand. The bottom part of the email consists of social media links of Worldly Wanders for the readers to follow and to increase brand awareness. The website is also included so readers can visit the official website of the brand.
